Hi, I'm Marie. I am a stay at home mother of 2 gorgeous girls.

Our family recently moved to Brisbane, Australia from NZ.

Since moving to Australia, in October 2006, I have been passionate about starting

a small business here, and I have been looking for the ideal avenue. In NZ I owned

and operated an online toy store called Kingdom Toyz and loved being my own boss.

I have a dream to be able to bring natural and handmade products to the people of

Brisbane. I have a vision for a shop that will provide this and so much more.

Wonderfully Made will be serving both Australia and NZ through the online store;

however the retail shop will be based on the outskirts of Brisbane, South East

Queensland. I want to provide the opportunity for Work At Home Parents (WAHPs)

to have their products available to a broader market. We will be promoting cloth

nappies and accessories, cloth women’s products, natural household products and

skincare as well as knitting yarns and accessories.

My reason for Wonderfully Made is to make families more aware of their choices,

switching from disposable nappies to the wonderful world of Modern Cloth alternatives,

showing women that there is a way to make 'that time' a whole lot more fun with

gorgeous colourful 'mama pads'. We want to make natural products more accessible

and affordable to everyone.

We want people to know that there are so many simple things they can do to help the

environment just by changing some very small daily habits.
