Meet the Founder
Victoria Slyderink
Founder, Wonderfully Made Collective
Victoria is a mother, advocate and community-builder with a background in ministry, event management and holistic wellbeing.
Wonderfully Made grew from her personal experience of navigating spaces that often failed to understand the needs of neurodivergent children and the families supporting them. She understands the unseen work involved in creating safety, advocating for appropriate support and helping a child participate in a world that frequently expects them to simply adapt.
Her vision is to create something gentler: faith-filled spaces where neurodivergent girls and women are understood, families feel supported, and churches are equipped to offer genuine belonging.

Our mission
We create faith-filled resources, gatherings and practical education that help neurodivergent girls, women and families feel understood and supported.
We also equip churches to create safer, more flexible and genuinely inclusive spaces for neurodivergent children and adults.
How Wonderfully Made Began
Wonderfully Made began with a simple but important question: What might become possible if neurodivergent girls grew up knowing they were never a problem to solve?
Founder Victoria Slyderink’s vision grew through her experience of raising and advocating for a neurodivergent daughter. Again and again, she saw that the greatest difficulty was not a lack of ability, effort or desire to participate. It was being expected to function in environments that recognised only one way of communicating, learning, connecting and belonging.
Families were left carrying an enormous amount of unseen work, creating safety, anticipating needs, explaining disability and helping their children access spaces that were rarely designed with them in mind. Neurodivergent girls and women were often misunderstood, expected to mask or made to feel that their needs were simply too much.
Wonderfully Made was created to help close that gap. It brings together Christian faith, lived experience and practical understanding through resources, classes, meet-ups and education for churches.
The name comes from Psalm 139:14 and the belief at the heart of everything we do: neurodivergent people do not need to become someone else to be worthy of love, community and belonging. They are already fearfully and wonderfully made. God doesn't make mistakes.
Wonderfully Made is growing slowly and intentionally, beginning with safe local gatherings and practical resources while working toward a wider vision of retreats, training and faith-filled communities where neurodivergent people and their families can flourish.
